Who I take

Adult women with eating disorders and body image concerns, trauma and PTSD, anxiety and perfectionism, and perinatal and postpartum concerns (PMH-C in progress). Private pay, $200 per 50 minute session, out of network with superbills provided on request.

Currently accepting new clients. A free 15 minute consultation comes first, and clients can check out of network benefits at eligibility.thrizer.com/empowercc before the initial session.

Who I do not take

I see adults individually, so adolescents and couples are outside my scope. I also do not take clients whose acuity or medical instability calls for a higher level of care than weekly outpatient telehealth. When that is the case, I say so at consultation and point toward a more appropriate level of care.

Modalities and training

Attachment based work, parts work, somatic awareness, CBT, DBT skills, motivational interviewing, person centered and trauma focused approaches. Perinatal mental health certification in progress, with additional completed training in eating disorder treatment, and trauma-informed care. Nearly ten years of eating disorder experience across every level of care, from inpatient and residential through partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient.

I coordinate with dietitians, prescribers, and treatment teams once a release is signed.
